Selina Milton needed a new start. Her husband had died suddenly and ever since, her daughter, Gracie, hadn’t spoken a word. Determined to leave behind the unkind gossip, she looks for a job far away from her life in Boston.

Jared Pickart was nursing a broken heart on his large ranch in Montana and he wasn’t interested in his mother interfering in his love life. He certainly wasn’t interested in the pretty new housekeeper that his mother had hired, or her young daughter.
