Olivia Nelson, an executive with a pioneering internet startup, visits the founder of Mackenzie’s Sporting Goods stores on Christmas Eve to try and convince him to sign a deal for the merger of their two companies. Her best friend and business partner, Ben Nelson, accompanies her as co-salesperson. Olivia and Ben are devastated when Mr. Mackenzie refuses their offer.

That night, Olivia is visited by the Ghost of Christmas Present disguised as Olivia’s great Aunt Lydia. She offers a deluxe Christmas Visitation Package in which time will be rewound exactly one day. Olivia learns she made a mistake somewhere in her day that will change the course of her life. Olivia is sure that her mistake was in not agreeing to a change of location for the merger talks suggested by Mr. Mackenzie. What happens to her Christmas Miracle, if she chooses wrong?
